التفسير المقارن لسورة لنساء [من الآية 1 إلى 10]

Résumé: "عنوان هذا البحث ""التفسير المقارن لسورة النساء من الآية الاولى إلى الآية العشرة""، فهو عبارة عن تطبيق للخطوات المعتمدة في التفسير المقارن من جمع للأقوال التفسيرية المختلفة اختلافا معتبرا في الموضع الواحد من الآية وعزوها إلى أصحابها، وبيان أدلتهم ثم تحرير محل النزاع للوصول إلى القول الراجح منها، وقد توصلت إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: • اختلاف المفسرين في تفسير عدة آيات من سورة النساء وذلك راجع لعدم وجود أدلة صريحة أو وجودها عند البعض وانعدامها عند الآخر، • اختلاف المفهوم في تفسير الموضع الواحد. وقد وقفت في هذا البحث على تفسير سبع مواضع رأيت أنها مختلفة اختلافا معتبرا وفسرتها تفسيرا مقارنا. "The title of this research is ""Comparative Interpretation of Surah An-Nisa from Verse One to Verse Twenty."" It involves applying the established steps of comparative interpretation by collecting various interpretative opinions that differ significantly on a particular point within a verse, attributing them to their respective sources, presenting their evidence, and then clarifying the points of dispute to arrive at the most likely interpretation. The research has led to several conclusions, the most important of which are: The differing interpretations of several verses in Surah An-Nisa are due to the lack of explicit evidence or the presence of evidence for some interpreters and its absence for others. Differences in understanding the interpretation of the same verse. In this research, I examined the interpretation of five points that I found to differ significantly and provided a comparative interpretation.
